1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
3/4 cup milk, or as needed
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon sugar
Mix oats and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once. Add more milk or oats to achieve the desired consistency, and cook for another 30 seconds. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon sugar. Heat for 20 more seconds and serve.

Maple Bacon Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Yield: Serves 4 (serving size: 1/2 cup)

4 sweet potatoes (about 2 pounds)
1 tablespoon softened butter
2 tablespoons fat-free milk
4 teaspoons maple syrup
1 1/4 ounces cooked and crumbled bacon (about 3 slices)
1. Pierce each potato with a fork 3 to 4 times on each side. Cook in Stone Wave until soft. Cool slightly. Cut potatoes in half; remove skin if preferred. Mash potatoes with fork.
2. Stir butter, milk, and syrup into potato pulp. Top with bacon.

BAKED BANANA DESSERT
1 teaspoon of coconut flavored rum or regular rum
½ teaspoon butter
½ teaspoon light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sliced almonds
1 peeled banana, sliced
