College Student’s BFF ( Best Friend Forever)

Hopefully, none of our friends have been eating this lately…

That is a meal of the past, now it is a must to stay current!

Here’s our #1 college cooking meal in a Stone Wave that guarantees to be nutritious and delicious! Of course it is affordable a college students favorite word to hear!

Country Chicken Casserole

 A meal for everyone to enjoy, with the homemade heart filled taste!


Put ½ cup of Kraft ™ savory stove top stuffing, ¼ cup of water, and 1 tbsp of butter in the Stone Wave.

Cover and microwave for 1 minute.

Remove the stuffing to a bowl.

Put 2 tbsp of condensed cream of celery soup in the Stone Wave.

Put 2 tbsp of condensed cream of potato soup in the Stone Wave.

Put approx. 4 oz. 1/2 tbsp each of canned sliced carrots and canned green beans in the cooker.

Add one 5 oz. can of mixing chicken (drained) to the cooker.

Mix all ingredients carefully.

Cover and microwave for 1 minute.

Put the stuffing on top of the chicken mixture.

Cover and microwave for 3 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Note: Microwave cooking times may vary.

This has a sufficient amount of veggies and protein for an active college student, not to mention it is so quick and easy to do! Although, ” It’s not ya mothers casserole,” it may give her a run for her money, either way its much better than any competitors microwaved meal on all levels. Fall Flavors – Pumpkin Oatmeal!

Spice up your morning oatmeal with some fall flavor and make this fun microwave recipe from!


1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats

3/4 cup milk, or as needed

1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp cinnamon sugar


Mix oats and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once. Add more milk or oats to achieve the desired consistency, and cook for another 30 seconds. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon sugar. Heat for 20 more seconds and serve.

Yield: Serves 4 (serving size: 1/2 cup)
Cost Per Serving:$.85


4 sweet potatoes (about 2 pounds)
1 tablespoon softened butter
2 tablespoons fat-free milk
4 teaspoons maple syrup
1 1/4 ounces cooked and crumbled bacon (about 3 slices)

(scale down to what fits in Stone Wave)


1. Pierce each potato with a fork 3 to 4 times on each side. Cook in Stone Wave until soft. Cool slightly. Cut potatoes in half; remove skin if preferred. Mash potatoes with fork.

2. Stir butter, milk, and syrup into potato pulp. Top with bacon.

Baked Banana Micro Wave Dessert Recipe

If you have a sweet tooth, the Stone Wave recipe guide has a delicious recipe that you can make in just minutes! This baked banana dessert is made right in your microwave, so you can satisfy that craving quickly and easily.  Here are the instructions from the recipe guide:

1 teaspoon of coconut flavored rum or regular rum
½ teaspoon butter
½ teaspoon light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sliced almonds
1 peeled banana, sliced
Combine all ingredients in Stone Wave and mix well. Put on the lid and
cook in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add a topping such as ice
cream, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce.
